when somebody asked "how are you?" everything clenches in your chest in pain and tears appear
if anxiety has become a constant backdrop that leading to panic, which shackles your life
the mood is more like "no mood" and nothing is making you happy
there is a constant feeling that "something is wrong" in a situation of total conditional social wellbeing
you have feelings of guilt when you are around with people that are close to you
the irritation has reached the point of "exposed nerve"
you're not interested in living your life and nothing is tugging at the heartstrings

I provide psychotherapy counselling for women and men 18+, couples and families.
The appointment hours are from 10:00 to 22:00 on weekdays, by individual appointment in person or via Skype. I also suggest you read the sample content of the informed consent that the client signs before the consultation.

1 stage. First step
This stage begins before we actually get to know each other. This is the stage where you decide to seek counselling and take the most important, valuable and responsible step "to meet yourself"
At this stage, you call or email me to start the psychotherapy process and we discuss the details and setting of the meeting (face-to-face/online, cost, duration, time and place) and agree on the first meeting with you.
2 stage. Getting to know
During the first meeting, we discuss the problem, clarify its background, formulate a hypothesis about its causes, formulate the request, and decide on the length of the overall course and sequence of actions.

Even after the first meeting, you will feel much better and find the guidance you need.
Stage 3. The psychotherapeutic process itself

In cases requiring inpatient or outpatient pharmacotherapy for emergency indications, you should contact specialised medical institutions/clinic. I can only recommend experienced and trusted colleagues if you ask in advance.
There are no telephone or emergency counselling services
Missed scheduled appointments are penalised (paid in full if the session is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance)
